The last car to be built and raced out of the original Petty shop in Level Cross, NC now at the Culver Auto Racing Museum

The 2007 Dodge Charger driven by Bobby Labonte and owned by Richard Petty has arrived at its new home. Since 1949 the Pettys called the Level Cross shop home base and every car was built and race prepped from that shop. At the end of the 2007 season after 58 years in Level Cross the Pettys moved to a new shop. This was the last car to ever be built and raced out of the Level Cross shop signaling the end of an era. We purchased this historic car directly from Bobby Labonte himself! The car is as raced from the years last race at Homestead, Miami and the hood has been signed by every Petty crew member from that years team. We are extremely honored to have this historic car as the center piece of out museum.
