Bobby Allison signs new "Dover International Speedway" book. Time 9-10:30 am. Seven-time Monster Mile winner Bobby Allison and author Chad Culver will participate in a book signing at Victory Plaza. Culver, this year, released his book "Dover International Speedway" from Arcadia Publishing. Allison wrote the book's foreword. While time permits, Allison and Culver will sign any purchased copies of the book. All proceeds from the sale of the $20 book will benefit Autism Delaware.
