Chad Culver’s book, Delaware Auto Racing, is filled with interesting, rich historical facts and images of the Delaware racing times. From the early 1900’s at Wawaset Park in Wilmington to present day “Monster Mile” Dover Downs Speedway, Chad captures the earlier days of Delaware racing with a wonderful collection of photos that will take any racing enthusiast down Memory Lane. Chad has done a brilliant job keeping the drivers and the Delaware race track’s legacy alive.

Chad's book is a great read for anyone interested in the history of racing here in Delaware. It reveals the stories of Delaware's many possibly forgotten colorful racing characters and chronicles the history of Delaware's entry into the major leagues of auto racing.
